"Ballet a la Carte" - 10 Week Samplers

The goal of "Ballet a la Carte" is to provide a fun and accessible first experience.

Divided into Seasonal Semesters: Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer

(Spring 2017 Classes begin March 25, 2017)

For Children Ages 18 Months - 2 1/2 Years

Baby Ballet
Mommy & Me Class.

Pixie Ballet
First experience without the parent or caregiver.

Ballet Stories of the Greats for Young Children. Lavish costumes will be used!

For 16 Years - Adult

Pilates - Mat Class
Tone your abs, back, glutes, and thighs while increasing your knowledge of proper body alignment, balance, and control. Increase you flexibility for a completely balanced body.

Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm

Adult Ballet Barre
This class incorporates ballet exercises, barres and light weights to help you tone and define your muscles. Core, arms, seat and things are targeted to give you results that make you look good and feel great. Learn the secrets of dancers for a totally toned body.

Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm

Flamenco Level I
Learn footwork, arm and hand movements, body carriage and castanet-playing techniques that make flamenco dance so unique.

Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

Flamenco Level II
Learn footwork, arm and hand movements, body carriage and castanet-playing techniques that make flamenco dance so unique. Prerequisite Flamenco Level I.

Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm

Curriculum Ballet Program

The goal of our Curriculum Ballet Program is to teach each child to the best of their individual ability, using the Montessori style in the classical Vaganova based ballet technique. The Curriculum Program is a year round program and follows the Fairfax County Public Schools Calendar
